I’m Ewa, a sports and remedial massage therapist and the founder of Bednarek Massage Therapy (BMT). I work with active individuals and everyday desk warriors to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help their bodies adapt to load more efficiently. My approach blends hands-on treatment with education, so clients leave not only feeling better, but understanding their bodies better too.
